VidSync website upgraded

I’ve migrated the website to a new content management system (WordPress) from a frustrating old one (Tiki-Wiki) due to endless uninvited little maintenance headaches. It’ll now be easier to keep the website online and updated, and it should be easier for users to navigate all the different information and help pages on the site.
